My Wonder Twins turned six months today. I can't believe it's already been half a year! It has been weird not being able to see them as much as Natasha and Anjali but I can't afford to just jet down to LA all the time. Luckily, their Dads' are so good as sending me pictures. They are getting so big and I'm so excited to go down and see them during my Spring Break. As much as I hate to spend the money to fly down for a one day trip, it's how it had to be with my schedule. Rick and I are hoping to take the kids to Disneyland in October so that way they can be with me to see the babies around their birthday,
It is definitely easier to see my girlies since they're only about a 3.5 hours drive from my home and the fact that they only live 20 minutes from my in-laws, really helps out. My plan will always be to try to see them at LEAST once a year, if not more. I have some friends that are surrogates that never get to see their surro kiddos because they live in a different country so I guess I shouldn't bitch about being too far . . . in the same state.
I really have been blessed to end up with 4 great Intended Parents who continually fill me in about the babies and their family. I love getting the photos and videos. I appreciate the emails, texts and calls. And I adore them for it.
